How to Plan Skool Posts: Official Integrations and Publishing Limits
TimeToPost does not currently connect to Skool or publish posts to Skool communities. As of October 2, 2026, we have not found an official public publishing API in Skool's documentation. That is different from saying Skool has no integrations: it does have an official Zapier integration for membership workflows.
What Skool's official integration supports
Skool's Zapier integration guide describes four use cases: exporting paid-member information, exporting membership-question answers, inviting members, and unlocking courses. The integration requires the Pro plan and uses a group API key. These documented operations do not include creating or scheduling community posts.
A group API key for those membership operations is not evidence of permission or support for a publishing endpoint. Buying a plan or generating a key does not establish a supported route for TimeToPost to post to Skool.
How to evaluate a scheduling tool
Before connecting another service, ask which documented publishing interface it uses, what Skool has authorized, and how you can revoke access. An extension, browser automation workflow, or third-party API wrapper is a different integration method from an official publishing API. Its marketing claims alone do not establish platform approval.
We have not audited every third-party tool and cannot state how all of them operate. For any tool that depends on your browser session, ask how it handles expired sessions, duplicate posts, and failed jobs before relying on it for a community announcement.
A practical manual publishing workflow
You can prepare community content in advance without connecting a publishing service:
- Keep a document with each post's title, body, intended category, and media.
- Choose a weekly rhythm, such as a Monday goal prompt and a Friday recap.
- Put reminders in your own calendar for the intended publishing times.
- Open the correct Skool community, review the draft in its editor, and publish it yourself.
- Record the resulting post link so you can distinguish published posts from drafts.
Check the features available in your current Skool account for any native scheduling options. We have not verified a native scheduling control in an authenticated Skool account during this review.
Where TimeToPost fits
Use TimeToPost for the social accounts available through its integration screen. Keep Skool publishing as a separate manual step. TimeToPost does not currently offer a Skool connection, a Skool publishing queue, or a verified Skool-specific calendar workflow.
If Skool makes an authorized publishing interface available, we can assess its authentication, media support, posting permissions, and delivery behavior before offering direct scheduling. Until then, Skool automatic publishing is unavailable in TimeToPost.
Common questions
Can I use the Skool Zapier key to schedule posts?
The official integration guide documents membership and course actions, not publishing. Do not assume that key supports another operation.
Does TimeToPost need my Skool password or session cookies?
No. TimeToPost has no Skool connection and does not ask for those credentials.
What would unblock a direct integration?
An official documented publishing interface, or written provider authorization with a supported technical contract. We would then need to implement and test the connection and publishing flow before calling it available.
